Position Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking Lead Technical Architect to collaborate closely with our founder in developing a POC and a brand-centric User Interface. This is a unique opportunity for a technologist who wants to leave a mark on an innovative product. If proven successful during this phase, the candidate will have the option to join us as the CTO and play a pivotal role in our growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

• POC Development- Work closely with the founder to understand the vision and translate it into a technical POC and Ensure the POC is scalable, robust, and mirrors the potential of the envisioned product.
• Brand-Centric UI Creation- Design and implement a sandbox environment that visually represents how the tool will function for brands.

Skills and Experience

• Proficient in system integration, API management, and ETL processes - A MUST
• Proven track record in designing, deploying, and maintaining RESTful APIs - A MUST
• Middleware Mastery - Hands-on experience with renowned integration platforms or frameworks - A MUST
• Strong background in backend development and database management
• Proficient in handling and transforming common data formats, like JSON and XML
• Proficiency in advanced authentication methods, including OAuth 2.0
• Versatility with rapid prototyping tools
• Capability to create an interface for the POC
• Experience in implementation of sophisticated logging mechanisms to capture, diagnose, and rectify issues
• An understanding of performance bottlenecks and solutions in integration scenarios
• Previous experience in early-stage startups or demonstrable adaptability to dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with the fashion industry, manufacturing processes, or supply chain dynamics would be a plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation

• At this preliminary stage, compensation will be purely equity-based
• Upon securing funding, a competitive salary package will be instituted.
• While the current role is part-time, allowing flexibility for other engagements, candidates must be willing and prepared to transition to a full-time commitment once funding milestones are achieved.
